Council Surveys and Reports
The Interagency Advisory Council is charged by statute to report as may be appropriate on its activities and the use of dispute resolution proceedings in state government, including recommendations for changes in the law to the Governor and General Assembly. Council surveys and reports include:
2003 Resource Inventory Spreadsheet (You will need Microsoft Excel in order to view this spreadsheet) This report provides a baseline of the type and degree of state agency ADR experience, which can assist agencies in networking with each other to learn more about the use of ADR tools.
2004 Annual Survey (You will need Microsoft Power Point in order to view this report) This report provides information on agency ADR usage and agency views on the effectiveness of various ADR processes in terms of user satisfactions and savings in time and cost. Bottom line: 31% more state agencies used ADR in 2004 than in 2003. How did ADR compare to traditional methods?
